I HAVE KNOWN jUDY FOR MANY YEARS AND i WORKED WITH HER AT THE Y FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I SAW OVER THE YEARS HOW MANY CHILDREN'S LIVES SHE TOUCHED BY TEACHING THEM SWIMMING LESSONS. MY GRANDCHILDREN HAD HER TEACH THEM HOW TO SWIM. SHE ALSO WAS A WONDERFUL PERSON TO KNOW.AND I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT SHE WAS MY FRIEND. THE LAST FEW MONTHS I SAW HER AT AUCTIONS AND IT WAS GOOD TO SEE HER OUT STAYING BUSY.

We are thinking of you Kim and Vicky during this time.
I can still see your mom loving what she did with the swim team kids on there play day during the last day of practice just a short time ago. I grew up just a few houses down from Judy and her family. I remember learning how to swim at the Y and neighborhood picnics with her. She was a strong and loving person. She will truly be missed.

Judy spent countless hours helping the community of Washington with the young people on swimteam. We shall always remember her smile and laughter. Casey, our oldest, assisted (in her high school years) with lifeguarding at the Y. Judy was a great role model and friend to her, which we really appreciated.
